Mobile Suica

A service that features incorporation of a JR East Japan SF Card (Stored Fare Card) into mobile phones.

Suica is an IC card that uses Sony's contactless IC card technology, known as FeliCa, to implement a prepaid train fare IC card. When the card is held up at the reader/writers on ticket gates at train stations, the fare is automatically deducted, allowing the user to transfer to multiple lines easily. The user can avoid the inconvenience of paying fares when boarding by always keeping the card charged.

Mobile Suica implements this function in a mobile phone.
